How it works: Step-by-step guide

CONSULTATION - a detailed Video consultation with step by step history taking and functional assessment experts by Audio or video.

THERAPY RECOMMENDATION - Tailor-made therapy recommendation on the basis of functional goals and assessment.

THERAPY SESSION - Self-help and treatment e.g. foam rolling/dynamic stretching/self-mobilisation under (1-to-1)guidance of your physiotherapist.
- REVIEW - Review and re-assessment every 5th-6th session to help track progress.

Advice on do’s and don’ts to give you the best chance to improve your condition.
*We understand that video appointments may not be the same as hands-on treatment from your Physiotherapist, but it is worth noting that for most conditions we can do 90% of what we would normally do in a face to face session in a remote environment and, in some cases, we can also advise on how to carry out some self-treatment hands-on techniques under the Physiotherapist's guidance. You can make great progress whilst maintaining social distancing.
