What is a Physiotherapist?
Physiotherapists are university trained and are experts in injury diagnosis, injury treatment, exercise prescription, injury prevention, rehabilitation and many other areas of sport and health and fitness.
What do I need to bring?
Be prepared to provide your previous medical or surgical history. If you have them and if they are relevant bring scan/MRI reports, and list of medication.
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No, physiotherapists can assess and treat without referral by a doctor. You can confidently visit us directly or speak with us in case having any doubts.
What should I wear to my appointment?
We recommend that you wear loose comfortable clothing. If we are treating your feet you will not be asked to undress but if we are treating your spine, you may be asked to undress. We still assure to make you comfortable whatever will be the situation be.
How do I make an appointment?
You can get in touch by phone (+91 8800639543) or use any form under the contact page. Alternatively use the quick and easy online booking page, whichever you are comfortable with.
How many visits will I need?
The number of treatments sessions will vary depending on the problem and individual. You may need only a few visits or you may need weeks or months of care. After a thorough assessment, the physiotherapist will discuss their treatment plan for the rehabilitation process.
Our priority here is to find the root cause of your health problem.
On your first visit, we will need you to fill out some paperwork which will take about 5 minutes to complete. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for this process. A comprehensive assessment will be conducted by our Doctor/Physiotherapist which includes questions about your condition and physical examination.
We will provide you with a very clear explanation, advice, and recommendations that will focus on providing you with an individualized treatment program. Your therapist will answer all questions or concerns you may have regarding your condition and/or treatment.
Instead of only treating the symptoms, we want to discover the root cause of your injuries or illness because as you start treating the root cause of your illness or injury, you can recover faster. Please visit our 'What We Treat' page for an extensive list of conditions and diagnoses we see patients for.

Pelvic floor dysfunction is a disorder in the muscles and/or nerves of the pelvic floor, or in the surrounding skeletal structure. It is extremely common to have a dysfunction in the pelvic floor: The pelvic floor muscles surround the urethra, rectum, vagina, and prostate; therefore, if there is a dysfunction in these muscles it can result in urinary, bowel or sexual dysfunction in men, women and children.
A pelvic floor assessment will take 45-60mins. Arrive a few minutes early to complete the appropriate paperwork.
Your assessment will begin with your therapist taking a medical and pelvic floor history from you. Once the history is complete she will explain the internal vaginal and/or rectal exam with you and what you may expect to feel. If you are coming in with vulvodynia or vaginismus where you experience significant pain with any penetration, your initial assessment may not include an internal exam. The pelvic floor exam should NOT be painful.
After your complete assessment, the therapist will be able to provide you with a diagnosis and a treatment plan suggesting ongoing physiotherapy, exercises as well as education as needed.
Patient's may feel a bit anxious prior to their appointment due to the nature of the assessment but we will assure you complete privacy and comfort level.
Call the facility in which you go to for all your regular appointments. You may also call our administration office at (+91 8800639543). We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for change/re-schedule or cancellation of an appointment. This will allow us to fill the available time slot with another patient who needs our services.
